As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building high-quality electrical switch gear systems and panels by:

• Performing mechanical assembly of switch gear units and electrical panels
• Using hand tools and power tools to fabricate metal frames and enclosures
• Reading basic work instructions and following safety procedures
• Assisting with material handling and general production tasks
• Working with a team to meet production goals and deadlines

Day Shift: Monday - Friday

6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Night Shift Available:

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Overtime opportunities available, with most employees working 11-hour shifts, 5-6 days per week

Work in a clean, well-maintained manufacturing facility with open bay doors and ventilation fans to ensure a comfortable atmosphere. You'll be part of a collaborative team that includes assemblers, machine operators, fabricators, quality control specialists, material handlers, and supervisors.

Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, construction, or a related hands-on role preferred

Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed

Strong work ethic and reliability

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
