RAM Windows & Doors is seeking a Manufacturing & Project Engineer to drive lean manufacturing initiatives across production, materials, planning, quality and maintenance. You will analyze processes, develop capacity models and ROI‑driven improvements, coordinating projects from scope to implementation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, one‑piece flow, 5S and standard work.
