Powell is an engineered-to-order manufacturer of switch gear and electrical equipment for the power generation industry. The Senior Process Improvement Specialist will support fab or assembly activities and lead continuous improvement projects on the shop floor, coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering and leadership to optimize processes and tooling.
The role requires hands-on problem solving, documentation of JHAs and procedures, and setup of training materials.
