Production Technician

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is hiring a Production Technician to support high-speed beverage bottling operations in our modern manufacturing facility. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated production equipment, perform changeovers, and complete basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. You will conduct routine quality and safety checks, follow GMP and sanitation standards, and accurately document production data. Working on a collaborative team, you'll help maintain a clean, safe work area, support preventive maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement while growing your skills with an industry-leading Coca-Cola bottler.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production and bottling equipment
• Perform changeovers, basic adjustments, and minor troubleshooting to reduce downtime
• Conduct quality checks on products, packaging, and labels per company standards
• Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures in a fast-paced environment
• Complete production, downtime, and quality documentation accurately
• Work collaboratively with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams
• Support preventive maintenance and housekeeping of equipment and work area
• Identify and communicate issues impacting production efficiency or product quality
