• Lead and motivate production team members
• Champion a safe, productive work environment
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production and quality goals

• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Ability to assign work, coach employees, and manage priorities
• Working knowledge of production, quality, and safety procedures

• Clear verbal and written communication
• Basic computer skills and accurate production record‑keeping

This active manufacturing role includes prolonged standing, repetitive movement, bending, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds. Required personal protective equipment must be worn.
