Production Manager, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
2.1 Monitor production schedules and track the status of work orders, materials, and components.
2.2 Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of machinists to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
2.3 Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers to expedite deliveries of raw materials and parts.
2.4 Follow up on delayed orders and identify potential production bottlenecks.
2.5 Prioritize and expedite critical jobs to meet customer delivery requirements.
2.6 Communicate production status updates to management and relevant departments.
2.7 Maintain accurate records of order progress, and production schedules.
2.8 Work with warehouse and logistics personnel to ensure timely movement of materials.
2.9 Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
2.10 Collaborate with quality and production teams to address issues impacting delivery timelines.
2.11 Generate reports on production performance, material availability, and order status.
2.12 Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
Qualifications EducationRequired
High School or better.
