Base pay starts at $17.50 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential. Night shift starts: 6:00 pm, hours may vary depending on operations. This is a position with potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.

• Loads and unloads painted parts as needed.
• Paints parts as needed.
• Inspects painted parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• May be assigned other projects or tasks by the team leader.
• Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage Assist co-workers and customers
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Maintaining a steady flow of materials and resources to production workstations
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment

• High school diploma or GED
• A minimum of (1) one year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle, overhead crane, yard mule, and side loaders
• Ability to wear PPE equipment including fitted respirator.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment
• Experience with side forklift, bander, nail gun, overhead crane, saws, stretch wrap machine, and various pneumatic equipment preferred, not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Good attitude and team oriented
• Valid Driver's License
