Schedule:
Monday– Friday, 7: 00 AM– 4: 00 PM Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Bilingual Spanish/English Polyurethane Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position assists with the production of polyurethane products, operates basic production equipment, inspects finished products, and maintains a clean and safe work environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both languages with supervisors and coworkers and understand production and safety instructions.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the production of polyurethane products according to established procedures.
- Load and unload materials and components used in production.
- Operate production equipment and machinery after appropriate training.
- Measure, mix, pour, trim, and process polyurethane materials as directed.
- Inspect finished products for defects or quality issues.
- Remove excess material and perform basic trimming and finishing.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Safely lift, move, and position materials throughout the production process.
- Communicate production, quality, equipment, and safety issues to supervisors.
- Assist Spanish-speaking employees with communication when needed.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
- Bilingual English/Spanish — REQUIRED.
- Ability to speak and understand both English and Spanish sufficiently to communicate workplace, production, and safety instructions.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
- Previous polyurethane experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new production processes and equipment.
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday.
- Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and materials.
Schedule & Pay Monday– Friday 7: 00 AM– 4: 00 PM $18.00/hour
Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, safety-conscious, comfortable working with their hands, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
