Production Worker, Temp – Paint

• Operate production machinery or assist machine operators
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards
• Observe equipment operations and report malfunctions
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items manually or using hoists
• Count finished products to determine order completion
• Mark or tag identification on parts
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances
• Supply or hold materials and tools for production workers
• Clean work areas, equipment, doors, and frame components
• Clean and lubricate equipment
• Record product inspection counts and production dates and times
• Perform other assigned tasks under supervision

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED certificate and/or industrial experience
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to read various dimensional metrology instruments
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control
• Experience or ability with forklifts, hammers, hoists, jacks, ladders, screwdrivers, slings, tape measures, hand tools, measuring instruments, and power tools such as saws
• Knowledge of mechanical machines, paint systems, and assembly operations
• Ability to work in normal manufacturing environment conditions

Demonstrates mechanical ability and knowledge of production processes, quality control, and equipment operation. Proficient in using various hand tools and measuring instruments in a manufacturing environment.
