Assembly, Production Associate / Production Line, Production QC/QA, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Assembler 2 ensures that all products meet quality and safety standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate has prior assembly experience, follows standards procedures with minimal supervision, and actively contributes to continuous improvement efforts.
- Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
Experience:
- Education:
- High School Diploma.
- Experience:
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
- Skills:
- Blueprint reading – Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Tool proficiency – Skilled with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic machinery.
- Measurement skills – Use of calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision.
- Meet daily production targets.
- Maintain consistent speed and accuracy.
- Good time management.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Personal Attributes:
- Notices small defects or inconsistencies.
- Follows specifications exactly.
- Maintains accuracy under production pressure.
- Stand for extended periods (often 8–12-hour shifts).
- Walk between workstations or production areas.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
- Lift and carry materials (commonly 25–50 lbs.)
- Push/pull carts or equipment.
- Handle small parts with precision.
- Ability to use hand and power tools repeatedly.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Maintain consistent pace throughout shift.
