• Lead and motivate production team members
• Champion a safe, productive work environment

• Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Ability to assign work, coach employees, and manage priorities
• Working knowledge of production, quality, and safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Basic computer skills and accurate production recordkeeping
