We are seeking a skilled and innovative Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive welding experience to work on specialized space parts and hardware. This role is crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and precision of components designed for space missions.

• Perform precision welding on space parts and hardware, ensuring high-quality, defect-free joints using advanced welding techniques, including TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Orbital, and other specialized methods.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manufacture space components, ensuring they meet technical specifications and mission requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to determine welding and fabrication requirements.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Work with NDT specialists to inspect welded joints to ensure they meet strict quality standards and compliance with space industry regulations.
• Work with materials commonly used in aerospace applications, such as titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, and exotic alloys.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding and fabrication processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience, with a focus on aerospace or space industry components.
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, Orbital, and other welding techniques for aerospace-grade materials.
• Strong understanding of welding metallurgy and the properties of materials used in space hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to welding and space hardware
• Must be a US Citizen

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, and other typical welding conditions.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform precise welding tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods of time while manufacturing components.
