Repair Technician

As a Repair Technician, your mission is to perform the repair, overhaul, inspection, and assembly of compressor and turbo expander components to support reliable equipment performance and exceptional customer service. You will report to the Repair Shop Supervisor.

• Execute repairs, upgrades, inspections, and overhauls of turbo machinery components, including compressors and turbo expanders.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, damage assessment, balancing activities, and reassembly of rotating equipment and associated components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, utilize precision measurement tools, and work closely with engineering and shop leadership to ensure repair quality and accuracy.
• Assemble compressor cores and skid assemblies while maintaining detailed repair records and supporting day-to-day repair shop operations.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment and support customer needs through efficient execution of repair projects.

• Competitive compensation with an hourly rate of $33.50 - $42.15 per hour.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Houston, United States (US). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
