Your Impact Run the plating department day-to-day, upholding safety protocols and quality standards.

Develop technicians through hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback.

Translate customer demand into executable production plans using ERP/MRP tools.

Audit plating baths, tooling, and equipment; verify dimensional and visual criteria.

Lead process improvements that reduce scrap, rework, and cycle time.

Capture accurate production, quality, and inventory data for full traceability.

Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to keep work flowing smoothly.

Resolve process deviations and equipment issues quickly and effectively.

What You Bring High school diploma or GED; additional metal finishing coursework/certification is beneficial.
3+ years in chrome plating (or related finishing) and 1+ year supervising or leading teams.

Knowledge of plating chemistry/processes, equipment operation, and EHS requirements.

Leadership presence, clear communication, and a track record of building strong teams.

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and product quality.

Microsoft Office proficiency; production/ERP software exposure is a plus.
