We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to oversee the development and execution of branding strategies to promote our company and products. The Brand Manager will be responsible for managing brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels and ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to.

• Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to create brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage and uphold brand standards and guidelines across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative marketing campaigns that align with the brand's values.
• Identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth.
• Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff members.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of brand management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Solid project management skills.
• Experience with market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software.
