Marketing Business Development Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time to Potential Full-Time

Pay Rate: $18 - $22/hr + Commission Potential

About the Role

A growing mediation and conflict management firm is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to lead branding, outreach, and client acquisition efforts. This role is in-person and will start part-time with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance. We’re looking for someone with a strong personality, excellent networking skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage Networking Events – Attend and represent the company at industry gatherings, business mixers, and community events.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition – Identify and attract potential clients, including law firms, HR professionals, and businesses.
  • Social Media & Content Marketing – Manage social media, create engaging content, and execute digital campaigns.
  • SEO & Website Management – Optimize digital presence for visibility and lead conversion.
  • Community Engagement & Outreach – Build partnerships and referral networks to increase company visibility.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in client-facing roles.
