Job Summary:
GHD is a company committed to empowering its people to drive positive change. They are seeking a Webinar and Events Coordinator to assist in delivering events and webinars that align with the North American marketing strategy, ensuring smooth operations and reflecting the company's values.
Responsibilities:
• Support onsite delivery of client events and conferences in collaboration with conference and events lead. (Ability to travel in US/Canada for event/conferences if required for onsite logistics)
• Assist in the growth of our webinar program in collaboration with the Marketing Leads by coordinating speaker logistics, coaching speakers, facilitating webinar agendas, and managing all production elements using On24 or other digital platforms.
• Development of ads, invites, graphics, QR codes for conferences and events using Canva or Adobe
• Work with conference administrator to coordinate exhibits (banners, promos, shipping, material handling, furnishings, printing)
• Support events management by hosting kick-off/planning calls and debrief calls with event metrics using Salesforce MCAE
• Research conference info and client event venues
• Manage personal tasks and deadlines along with deadlines for conferences items
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality or similar field of study
• 5-7 years of marketing and communications, conference and events, event planner, webinar production experience
• Experience with webinar production and general webinar support using On24
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
• Works effectively with people and builds good working relationships
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Comes forward with solutions to challenges/issues
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (On24, Canva, Airtable, Teams, Eventbrite, Wufoo, Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Salesforce, MCAE.)
• Foundational AI competencies related to webinars and events: AI-assisted writing and analytics
