We are a boutique fitness studio focused on community, results, and high-energy experiences. We’re growing locally and looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Associate or Intern who wants real-world marketing experience, portfolio-worthy work, and commission potential.

This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, career switcher, or entrepreneurial marketer looking to build hands‑on experience in social media, local marketing, and small business growth.

You’ll play a key role in growing our local presence through both digital and in‑person engagement, including:

• Create and post social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
• Capture local content (studio workouts, events, behind‑the‑scenes, testimonials)
• Engage with local followers, businesses, schools, and community groups
• Support local outreach and B2B marketing (partnerships, referrals, cross‑promotions)
• Help promote offers, events, and membership campaigns
• Track engagement and provide simple performance insights

• Interest in marketing, social media, branding, or fitness/wellness
• Comfortable creating short‑form content (or eager to learn)
• Self‑starter with good communication skills
• Familiar with Instagram/Tik Tok trends (posting, stories, reels)
• Organized and able to work independently
• Local to the area (preferred, but not required for all tasks)
• No prior professional experience required — this is a learning‑forward role.
