Marketing Assistant

Our client, an engineering and manufacturing company that designs automatic flood protection systems, is hiring for a Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who wants to learn, contribute, and grow in responsibility. This full‑time, in‑office position provides hands‑on support across a variety of marketing initiatives including lead generation, website content, CRM entry and oversight, and tradeshow coordination.

This is a collaborative role with the opportunity to support team growth initiatives and take on expanded responsibilities and project ownership.

• Manage lead generation campaigns, Linked In posts and basic performance tracking.
• Update and manage content on the Flood Break website and landing pages.
• Support SEO and paid search efforts and help evaluate emerging AI‑driven optimization strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of industry trade shows. Occasional travel to conferences/trade shows.
• Support the daily operations of the marketing team, improving efficiency and communication.

• 2–3 years of experience in a B2B digital marketing or marketing support role
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Word Press websites and landing pages
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp)
• Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar)
• Comfortable working across platforms and tools such as Word Press, CRM (Quick Base), Adobe & Canva
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
