As the
** Senior Marketing Campaign Manager,
** you will serve as the strategic and operational lead for high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales and Digital to translate strategy and messaging into full-funnel, multi-channel programs.
This role sits at the intersection of projects, people, and process. You will architect, launch, and optimize service line campaigns that guide prospects from awareness through the bottom of the marketing funnel. Your work will ensure clear accountability, tight execution against deadlines, strong communication, and consistent measurement, while skillfully aligning stakeholders and keeping momentum in a fast-moving environment.

* Own results end-to-end for integrated campaigns, including targets for lead, pipeline, and revenue contribution; define success metrics, track progress, and drive decisions to improve outcomes.
* Lead the development and execution of the demand generation strategy and campaigns calendar, aligning marketing and sales around priorities that move pipeline.
* Design full-funnel campaign architecture, including content strategy, channel plans, offers, program mix, and clear marketing-to-sales handoffs that accelerate conversion.
* Develop and execute general awareness and ABM strategies by collaborating with Content, Creative, Digital, Web, Events, Sales, and Enablement to deliver campaigns on time, on brand, and on performance.
* Run closed-loop stakeholder collaboration: establish feedback loops with key stakeholders, provide regular performance updates, solicit input, and implement improvements quickly ensuring shared accountability and continuous learning.
* Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve funnel health and increase lead-to-pipeline and pipeline-to-revenue conversion.
* Partner with Marketing Operations to build dashboards, reporting, and business review materials that connect activity to outcomes; synthesize insights into clear recommendations and next actions.
* Own and optimize a global demand generation budget, allocating spend based on ROI and adjusting investment as performance signals change.
* Establish repeatable campaign processes and operating rhythms that improve speed, quality, transparency, and scalability without losing accountability to results.# Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required (preferred in marketing or a related field).
* Preferred 8+ years of progressive demand generation experience, including 3+ years leading integrated campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
* Experience designing B2B campaigns for executive personas, including CEO/CFO/CIO and IT leaders.
* Demonstrated track record of driving lead, pipeline, and conversion improvements through full-funnel demand generation.
* Hands-on experience building campaign infrastructure and managing a cross-channel mix, including budget ownership and investment planning.
* Strong analytical fluency, able to diagnose funnel health, interpret performance, and deliver executive-ready reporting tied to positive outcomes.
* Highly collaborative, diplomatic leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a feedback-driven operating style (share results, ask for input, implement improvements, repeat).
* Preferred 3+ years of people management experience.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
* Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.
