Pay Transparency: The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $45,/yr. Salary to be determined based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

Audacy is seeking an Ad Ops Coordinator, Podcast Operations to manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of our online advertising programs. This is a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter looking to gain experience in the digital advertising space with a premium publisher. You will work across multiple departments and local markets to implement and optimize digital advertising initiatives, making contributions to Audacy’s marketing strategy and owning the realization of revenue as driven by the sales team.

What You’ll Do:

• Create & traffic advertiser campaigns across all of our podcast programming
• Upload ad audio according to flight dates, audience targeting, and tracking implementation
• Work with Campaign Management to ensure ad campaigns have been implemented and are delivering accurately
• Manage Attribution tracking pixels
• Manage Campaign Task Que
• Work closely with Campaign Management to ensure campaign optimization
• Coordinate special requests for orders & campaigns from sales and producers
• Multi-task to complete demanding daily deadlines

Required & Preferred:

• Ad Operations or Traffic related work experience in the Podcasts/Radio/Streaming fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems
• Tolerance for stress and tight deadlines, including ability to work under pressure
• Extreme organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
