Role FocusYou will drive profitable growth for a Shopify D2C brand by owning the complete paid media funnel from acquisition to retention.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and scale Meta and Google campaigns
- Own acquisition, retargeting, and conversion strategy
- Optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and AOV
- Lead structured creative testing including UGC, statics, and video
- Manage budgets with a strong profit-first approach
- Optimize Shopify product pages and improve CRO
- Handle tracking setup including Meta Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights
- 3+ years of hands‑on D2C performance marketing experience
- Proven results with Shopify-based brands
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Clear understanding of attribution and tracking
- Data‑driven decision making with speed in execution
- Strong ownership and accountability for performance numbers
- Email and SMS performance marketing experience
- CRO and landing page optimization exposure
- Experience with international D2C markets
- Direct ownership of brand growth
- Real budgets and measurable impact
- High visibility role with strong growth potential
