OpportunityThis is a marketing leadership role responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the Irish business.
Working closely with local commercial leadership and global marketing functions (including brand, digital marketing, and design), the Marketing Manager will deliver campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and high-profile events that support the organisation’s positioning, educate audiences, and articulate perspectives on industry trends.
The role suits a strong, collaborative marketer with excellent project management skills, capable of delivering high-impact marketing activity, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting the wider business priorities.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Ireland commercial team and affiliated business units to drive and deliver the local marketing strategy.
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute high-profile events, trade shows and sponsor ships, including major national and international agricultural events and trade fairs.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are on‑brand and delivered in the appropriate tone of voice.
- Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis through analysis of key metrics and the production of structured reports.
- Work closely with commercial teams to build customer relationships and provide collaborative marketing support to key accounts.
- Represent Ireland within the Global Marketing Leadership Team and contribute to international marketing initiatives and best practice sharing.
- Localise and roll out global campaigns within the Irish market, including established international programmes.
- Support strategic business growth in conjunction with sales and leadership teams through strong market visibility, customer engagement and campaign execution.
- Host guests and tours at their science centre and support customer and stakeholder engagement onsite.
- Organise itineraries and farm visits for international visitors, and coordinate international trips for Irish customers as required.
- Potential international travel in support of global marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience within business, marketing, agriculture, or a science‑led environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort working across multiple marketing platforms and channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of marketing best practices across social, digital, and email marketing.
- A self‑starter with the ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines, and move projects forward with minimal supervision.
