Job Description Salary:
The Marketing Coordinator Creative & Digital Communications supports the firms marketing efforts through creative production, content management, and digital communications. This role blends content creation, social media, creative design, and branding skills to help the firm maintain a consistent, engaging presence across all platforms both online and in print.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Tik Tok, X, You Tube, etc.), including content calendars, post scheduling, and engagement tracking.
- Edit photos and videos, write captions, and create graphics consistent with the firms tone and brand guidelines.
- Monitor analytics and recommend improvements for reach and engagement.
- Assist with paid digital ad campaigns, coordinating with external marketing vendors when needed.
- Design and produce marketing materials including flyers, brochures, billboards, newsletters, digital ads, and event graphics.
- Capture and edit firm photography and videos (e.g., team headshots, event coverage, testimonials, etc.).
- Develop branded creative for the firms digital pylon sign, radio spots, and other ad formats.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to produce promotional or educational materials as needed.
- Manage the firms mass texting and email newsletter systems, including content creation, and contact database maintenance.
- Coordinate mail-outs and digital campaigns for holidays, community initiatives, or partner outreach.
- Assist in drafting press releases, blog posts, or community updates.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Report to Marketing Director and provide regularly scheduled reports on relevant KPIs
- Maintain a digital asset library of photos, templates, and videos.
- Assist with internal branding needs (e.g., office signage, event banners, branded materials).
- Provide creative support for event coordination and other departments as needed.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, FCPX, Cap Cut or similar design tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong writing, grammar, and social media communication skills.
- Photography and video editing experience.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Strong tracking and reporting skills.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and creative problem solver.
- Experience with content calendars and creative asset handling.
