A well-established, publicly traded residential home builder is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Field Marketing Manager to support division-level sales growth and brand execution in a high-performing market.
This confidential opportunity is ideal for a results-driven marketing leader with experience in new home sales, real estate, or multi-location field marketing environments. The selected candidate will serve as a strategic partner to Division Leadership, Sales, and Corporate Marketing to drive qualified traffic, increase conversions, and optimize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership- Develop and execute comprehensive local marketing strategies aligned with division sales goals.
- Partner closely with Division President and Sales Leadership to support community launches, inventory initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Evaluate market conditions, buyer trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
- Own and lead the division’s annual and long-range marketing strategy aligned to revenue, absorption, and margin goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Division President and VP of Sales on pricing strategy, product positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Participate in executive-level business planning sessions, including land acquisition reviews, community feasibility, and product rollout strategies.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new community launches, product introductions, and market expansions.
- Oversee division-level digital campaigns including, paid social, listing incremental spend, self-guided tours and email marketing
- Share market insights with digital agency partner for paid search/display
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, lead quality, cost per lead, and cost per sale.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure website performance, SEO, and CRM alignment.
- Support grand openings, Realtor events, and master planned developer relationships
- Manage signage, merchandising coordination, and local collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand execution across all consumer touchpoints.
- Develop and manage division marketing budgets.
- Track ROI and optimize marketing investments.
- Present performance analytics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Allocate spend strategically across communities based on lifecycle stage and performance
- Influence model merchandising strategy and customer journey experience.
- Partner with Division Leadership to align messaging, product delivery, and customer experience goals.
- Support initiatives that enhance overall buyer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within homebuilding, real estate, or multi-unit environments.
- 3+ years of management or company leadership experience
- Strong marketing expertise and performance analytics experience.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
