About the RoleThe Marketing Operations Coordinator is a vital support role on the marketing team, providing the backbone for all data, technology, and financial workflows. This individual works closely with the Director of Brand & Communications and the rest of the marketing team to ensure our processes are efficient and our data is accurate.
This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology and data.
ResponsibilitiesMarketing Technology & Systems:
Assist in managing the firm's marketing technology stack, including the CRM, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools. Staying up to date on new product features and maximize our utilization of current technology stack.Reporting & Data Analysis:
Support the team by pulling and compiling data from various systems to create reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and other key marketing metrics.Process and Project Management:
Help maintain and optimize the marketing team's internal workflows and processes to improve efficiency and ensure project delivery on time.Training & Onboarding:
Create training materials and conduct user training sessions to help the team effectively use marketing technology.Vendor Management:
Manage marketing contractors as needed, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, like Hub Spot.Website Management:
Oversee and manage the firm's website (back-end), including performance monitoring, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Experience:
At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, a related field, or an administrative position that required strong organizational skills.Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).At least one year of experience as a Hub Spot administrator, or a similar role.
At least one year of experience using Hub Spot Marketing Hub.
Experience with Asana is a plus.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Problem-Solving
Skills:
A strong ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes and workflows.Other
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
