Partners is seeking a world‑class Mar Comms pro, to be based at our corporate headquarters in Houston. As Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will report directly to the EVP of Marketing with a focus on internal communications, external communications, and an array of general marketing projects.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and critical and detail‑oriented thinker with a problem‑solving mindset and a proven track record—at least two years—of producing internal and external communications at the corporate level. Commercial real estate experience is borderline essential for success in this role.

Experience and familiarity with core AI tools is necessary, and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) knowledge/experience is a plus.

New Hire Announcements: You will be responsible for drafting, soliciting feedback on, finalizing, and ensuring our New Hire announcements are ready to be distributed on the same morning a new employee starts. In addition to writing, these also entail creating accompanying graphics and, in some cases, coordinating photo shoots. Following internal distribution, new hires must have their bio pages created/added to the company website and announced on the Intranet as well.

Media Relations: The position also entails drafting transaction press releases for all of our geographic areas and business lines. Drafting, submitting for review and approval, and publishing press releases and sourcing accompanying images is a significant component of this role. You will also track and maintain a list of all of our media mentions.

Day-to-Day Social Media Publishing: Posting our press releases, new hires, research content, and more, to our Linked In account.

Content Distribution: Responsible for publishing and distributing our Quarterly Market Reports and Market Edge research pieces.

Website/Intranet Management & Content Publishing: Oversee the publishing and maintenance of the company website and internal intranet, ensuring up-to-date content.

Managing and Submitting the Submission Process for All External Awards and Lists: The Houston Business Journal, Austin Business Journal, San Antonio Business Journal, Dallas Business Journal, and Atlanta Business Chronicle all facilitate multiple lists—Largest Brokerages, Heavy Hitters, and Best Places to Work, among others—every year. Additionally,  and other CRE pubs also publish lists as well; while entities such as NAIOP have annual awards submissions.

You will be responsible for maintaining/updating an annual calendar to track submissions/progress throughout the year and working with stakeholders across the company to gather and confirm data and information for submissions, ensuring that the company is submitted ahead of deadlines for every award/accolade/list it should be featured on in all of our geographies.

Event Planning & Management: Own the planning and execution of Partners’ Annual Client Event, ensuring seamless execution and positive client experiences.

Create with AEO in mind: An understanding of how next‑gen platforms are surfacing results for web queries will be helpful as you develop content.
