Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping our communication strategies and enhancing our brand presence. As a Communications Coordinator, you will be tasked with developing and implementing effective communication plans that foster engagement and inform our audience about our initiatives, programs, and accomplishments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive communication plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and the company website.
  • Coordinate media relations and serve as a point of contact for press inquiries to build and maintain relationships with journalists.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal and external events to enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging that reflects the organization’s values and mission.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems, with an understanding of best practices for audience engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
