As Senior Manager, Global Marketing Campaigns, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated global demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand impact. You will manage a team of campaign managers and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and key Go-To-Market stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing B2B programs aligned to global and regional priorities.
The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record of building and running high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns within a global B2B SaaS organization.
Responsibilities- Designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns leveraging owned digital channels, paid media, webinars and events, website experiences, and sales enablement assets
- Ensuring campaigns scale globally while remaining relevant to regional market needs
- Team Leadership & Development: manage and develop a team of global campaign managers, providing coaching, prioritization, and performance feedback; establish best practices, playbooks, and scalable campaign frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency across regions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
translate value propositions and product launches into compelling campaign narratives; collaborate with regional Field Marketing leaders to adapt global campaigns for local execution; align campaign strategy with pipeline goals and sales motions - Performance Measurement & Optimization: define and track success metrics and KPIs; analyze data, optimize campaigns in-flight, and share learnings with marketing and revenue leadership
- Operational Excellence: oversee campaign planning processes, timelines, and resource allocation across regions; ensure alignment between marketing and sales with clear goals and handoffs
- Related experience: collaborate with Sales Development to identify high-quality opportunities and support pipeline growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an end-to-end focus on global campaign management
- Proven track record leading global campaign strategy and execution
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline acceleration
- Curiosity for AI: awareness of AI concepts, tools, or applications is a strong asset
- Ownership: take responsibility for campaign outcomes and their impact on pipeline, revenue, and brand growth
