Marketing at Higher Dimension is more than graphics, promotions, and ads. It’s about clearly identifying our audience, creating meaningful content that connects and engages, and doing so consistently with excellence.

The Marketing Director provides strategic leadership for all marketing, communications, and creative efforts across Higher Dimension Church. This role leads and develops the Marketing Team while overseeing branding, messaging, content, and analytics to ensure the church’s mission is clearly and effectively communicated across all platforms.

• Recruit, onboard, mobilize, and empower members of the Marketing Team

• Cast vision and lead regular marketing meetings

• Coach, train, and mentor team members and key leaders

• Build strong team culture through meetings, outings, retreats, and training opportunities

• Organize marketing retreats, training sessions, and internship programs

• Develop and oversee marketing and communications strategies for worship services, special events, campaigns, and ministries

• Cultivate a culture of “invitability” through consistent, compelling messaging

• Equip ministry leaders with tools and guidance to effectively leverage marketing resources

• Lead content planning and execution across email marketing, social media, print, design, photography/videography, website, and mobile app

• Guide designers and creatives in producing high-quality, on-brand creative concepts and visual assets

• Collaborate with the Experience Director and Production Team to meet all design and video needs for worship services

• Monitor marketing analytics and identify key target audiences

• Track and report Key Strategic Indicators such as first-time guests, subscribers, followers, and online engagement

• Serve as the marketing liaison in weekly experience planning meetings

• Attend weekly Directors’ meetings to share insights, priorities, and updates

• Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and the overall vision and mission of Higher Dimension Church

• Provide coverage for special events, including funerals, conferences, outreach initiatives, team nights, and other church events as needed

• Is familiar with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop) and live production environments

• Enjoys producing both live and recorded experiences

• Manages time effectively and leads with clarity and vision

• Meetings Include:

  • All Staff Meeting (Tuesdays)

  • Directors Meeting (Tuesdays)

  • Marketing Department Meetings (Tuesdays)

• Social Media (livestream, copywriters, coordinators, influencers)

• Creative (photo/video, design, motion, print)

• Digerati (website, app, online platforms, podcast, email marketing)

• Attend worship experiences regularly

• Participate in an hGroup

• Give systematically through tithes and offerings

• Serve through Do Good initiatives
