The Social Media Associate Intern will support Paramount BPO’s brand visibility across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms. You’ll help craft engaging content, manage community interactions, and contribute to campaigns that highlight our services, impact, and thought leadership.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, and excited to gain hands‑on experience in digital marketing within a global business environment.

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience insights
• Help develop short‑form videos, graphics, and storytelling posts
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team on creative ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related fields
• Strong writing and communication skills
  
  Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn
• Familiarity with Canva, Cap Cut, or similar tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
