This is an entry-level position focused on providing various marketing and event sales strategies and campaigns, with results centering on increased exposure, visibility, and customer acquisition within the local area.

• Manage Marketing Campaigns:
  Oversee one or more marketing campaigns in the local territory through promotional events.
• Product Knowledge:
  Maintain current knowledge of products and event promotions from our client portfolio.
• Customer Engagement:
  Execute sales and marketing strategies face-to-face with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Brand Loyalty:
  Create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent customer engagement.
• Continuous Training:
  Participate in ongoing training to support business growth and personal development.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• An Associate's Degree is highly recommended, but not required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, customer service, OR an equivalent entry-level position is required.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with team members and customers.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must!
• A student mentality with the drive to continually improve and succeed.

• Weekly Base Pay
  - Every Friday.
• Performance-based bonuses weekly and quarterly.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Bonus pay
