Marketing Communications Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for the next go-getter to join our team! This role will provide communication, marketing, and administrative support to all Diamond Advan Edge clients. We will support the development, production, and monitoring of marketing and communication content within a communication plan built in collaboration with the other Diamond Advan Edge professionals.

• Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
• Demonstrations, Interactive games, sampling, and on-site activations.
• Discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.
• Provide product/service support to establish proper channels of information and communication.
• Responsible for branding, advertising, trade shows, company events and promotional collateral.
• Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories.

• College graduate or enrollment in college with a major or emphasis in media, communication or marketing.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for marketing and events.
• Strong multi‑tasking skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills especially for team training.
• Ability to change direction and operate in a fast‑paced environment.

Full‑time position with a base salary plus bonuses and incentives based on a 40‑hour work week.
