Responsibilities

• Create high-quality organic digital content, including graphics, short-form video, and written copy that is aligned with the Campaign's communications and electoral goals.

• Support campaign volunteers, in-person events, and GOTV efforts with thoughtfulness and enthusiasm

• Work with paid digital ad firm to boost candidate profile amongst likely voters

• Analyze digital performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, and adjust strategy based on data and insights.

• Coordinate organic digital campaigns, virtual events, and influencer partnerships to expand reach and engagement.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the campaign cycle

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–2 years of experience managing digital or social media strategy, preferably in political campaigns, advocacy organizations, or mission-driven nonprofits.

• Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of tone, message discipline, and audience targeting.

• Experience with design and video tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.

• Understanding of Democratic politics and a passion for progressive causes.
