Now, we’re hiring a Marketing Account Executive to help us scale.

What You’ll Do

• Manage client accounts and help them grow using AI-powered marketing systems.
• Build and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Set up and track conversions via Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Search Console
  .
• Manage retargeting campaigns and lead funnels that drive patient bookings.
• Configure pixels, data sources, and automations across Meta and CRM platforms.
• Use and experiment with AI tools and agents to improve campaigns.
• Work directly with clients — leading calls, providing strategy, and celebrating wins.
• Travel 3–4x per year for major industry conferences (all expenses paid).

What You Know

• Google Ecosystem: Ads, Tag Manager, Analytics (GA4), Search Console.
• Meta Ecosystem: Business Manager, Ads, Pixels, and Retargeting.
• CRM & Automation: Go High Level , Hub Spot, or similar systems.
• Funnels: Understanding how traffic turns into leads, and leads into clients.
• AI Tools: You’re curious and hands-on with how AI enhances marketing.

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of real marketing experience.
• Obsessed with execution and results - you make things happen.
• Confident on client calls and comfortable owning projects.
• Data-driven, creative, and coachable.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and become a leader.

Compensation

• Base: $55,000–$75,000
• Bonuses: $10K–$20K+ annually based on performance
• Travel: 3–4 paid conference trips per year
