Account Manager
Are you someone who naturally bridges strategy and execution - someone who can speak vision with clients and make sure it translates into operational momentum inside a team?
Tidal Health Group is a growing Healthcare Marketing agency. We believe marketing should remove friction between patients and access to care. We operate inside a space where clarity, education, and trust literally change health outcomes - and we take that seriously.
Our Culture- Time is owned, not managed. You direct your energy and others with intention not by waiting for handoffs.
- Your perspective has authority here. We expect you to question, challenge, and refine direction, not just “take notes.”
- Iteration beats perfection. We act, test, adapt, we don’t wait for permission or polished clarity.
- Titles reflect strengths, not limitations. Everyone flexes beyond their lane if growth requires it.
- Feedback is fast and unfiltered. It’s how we accelerate, not how we critique.
- We operate under Advisory Energy. We influence through clarity, not compliance.
