Overview

The Special Projects Manager supports the execution of marketing initiatives across corporate and franchise channels. This role helps manage projects from planning through launch, working cross‑functionally with creative, digital, operations, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Project Support

  • Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and special projects.
  • Help coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams and vendors.
  • Support research on media opportunities (digital, social, local advertising).
  • Maintain and update company websites and marketing materials.
  • Track project progress and prepare basic reports for leadership.

Franchise Marketing Support

  • Act as a day‑to‑day contact for franchise partners on marketing needs.
  • Help develop and execute local marketing plans aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate creative requests and ensure approvals are met on time.
  • Maintain marketing assets, templates, and toolkits in shared systems.
  • Support promotions across digital, social, and in‑store channels.

Collaboration & Organization

  • Partner with internal teams (creative, digital, operations) to keep projects moving.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related field.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, local campaigns).
  • Analytical mindset with interest in tracking performance and results.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
