Brokerage Marketing Coordinator
A commercial real estate company located in the Galleria seeks a Marketing Brokerage Coordinator. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, and be proficient in Adobe InDesign. Candidates without commercial real estate experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities- Scheduling and calendaring
- Creating presentations
- Preparing proposals and Power Points
- Assist team with business development
- Assist with market surveys
- Creating marketing materials (flyers, e‑mail blasts, mailers)
- Light administrative work
