Marketing Manager, Global Market Development Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving global demand generation, lead generation, distributor enablement, commercial operations, and market adoption for our CRISPR-TB and future NTM (Non‑Tuberculous Mycobacteria) diagnostic products
. This role integrates digital marketing, content development, and conference management to establish the company as a thought leader in molecular diagnostics. Working cross‑functionally with R&D, Sales, Medical Affairs, and regional teams, the Marketing Manager ensures that product value propositions are effectively communicated to global customers, clinicians, and partners.
- Execute commercial launch activities in support of global product launches.
- Support execution of global GTM plans , coordinating with Product Management, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and regional marketing to ensure timely and compliant market entry.
- Maintain commercial messaging across digital, distributor, and conference materials.
- Optimize post‑launch activities to accelerate adoption, refine messaging, and respond to competitive dynamics.
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, compelling customer‑friendly content, including white papers, clinical application guides, product brochures, case studies, videos, and presentations.
- Develop scientific marketing materials that support evidence‑based communication, such as publications, posters, and slide decks for academic and clinical audiences.
- Coordinate publication, poster, and presentation promotion across digital channels and distributor networks.
- Execute a global digital marketing strategy encompassing website optimization, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media (Linked In, Twitter, etc.), and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute monthly digital demand generation campaigns to generate and track qualified distributor, laboratory, and country-specific commercial leads.
- Use marketing automation tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo) to nurture leads, manage the marketing funnel, and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) to generate actionable insights and optimize spend.
- Manage and continuously update the corporate website, ensuring content aligns with product launches and scientific messaging.
- Plan and coordinate participation in global and regional scientific conferences, industry exhibitions, technical symposia, webinars, and product launch events.
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, speaker sessions, and post‑event lead collection.
- Develop pre‑ and post‑event communication plans to maximize engagement and follow‑up opportunities.
- Track event ROI and consolidate lead data for handover to the sales team.
- Develop distributor marketing campaigns and promotional materials to accelerate local market adoption.
- Coordinate global webinar programs, product launches, and customer education initiatives to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Develop customer success stories, application notes, and competitive selling tools to strengthen distributor selling effectiveness.
- Create and maintain sales enablement tools, including battle cards, product comparison charts, presentation decks, and frequently‑asked‑question documents.
- Deliver regular training sessions to the sales force on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and effective selling techniques.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to produce high‑quality marketing collaterals.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Clinical Medicine, Laboratory Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is…
