Job Description

Next Comms Talk is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to support our events department in planning, organizing, and executing corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company where innovation and teamwork thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of in-person and corporate events.
  • Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, catering, transportation, and materials.
  • Serve as on-site support during events to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet project timelines.
  • Track and manage event inventory and supplies.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and assist in reporting feedback.
  • Maintain accurate event files and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends during events.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
