Graphic Designer - Junior
Location:
Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Only Houston resident will be considered for this position.
U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Graphic Designer I to join our growing Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career designer to build experience, strengthen their portfolio, and collaborate with experienced marketing professionals in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Be Doing- Create visually compelling graphics in a deadline‑driven environment
- Design and develop:
- Marketing collateral
- Brochures and flyers
- Trade show banners
- Posters and signage
- Social media graphics
- Email headers and digital assets
- PowerPoint presentations
- Help maintain and strengthen U.S. Legal Support's brand identity
- Ensure consistency across typography, color palettes, and design standards
- Assist with website graphics and digital content updates
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, initiatives, and creative projects
- Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining high‑quality design standards
- Support additional marketing efforts as business needs evolve
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or professional experience considered)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals
- Proficiency with:
- Adobe In Design
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Acrobat
- Microsoft Power Point
- Understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and design best practices
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and social media design specifications is a plus
- Experience with Figma is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Creative thinking and artistic ability
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency
- Organization and multitasking skills
- Time management in a fast‑paced environment
