Marketing Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for organizations within the insurance, real estate, and lending industries. This is a contract opportunity, which offers the potential to become a full-time position for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Assist with brand awareness, lead generation, and partner marketing initiatives
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through execution
- Create, edit, distribute, and manage marketing content for digital and print channels
- Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and marketing automation initiatives
- Assist with SEO initiatives, keyword optimization, and content marketing efforts
- Manage social media content and scheduling across multiple platforms
- Maintain website content using content management systems (CMS)
- Track campaign performance using marketing analytics and reporting tools
- Coordinate marketing assets with external vendors and partners
- Assist with event planning, trade shows, partner events, and promotional activities
- Support marketing operations, campaign reporting and administrative marketing functions
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on ongoing marketing projects
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and marketing campaign execution
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, keyword optimization, and content marketing concepts
- Experience creating and managing marketing content
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, Google Analytics, or marketing automation platforms
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, email communications, digital content, and event coordination
Base salary in the 60k - 75k/year range. At this time, this is only a contract role but could become full time permanently for the right candidate.
