Swiggard Creative is looking for a highly creative, trend-driven Content Creator to join our team.

This role is responsible for bringing our clients' brands to life through compelling photo and video content that feels current, intentional, and built for today's social platforms. You'll spend time both behind the camera and behind the screen—capturing content on-site, editing high-performing Reels and Tik Toks, organizing digital assets, and continuously identifying what's next in social media.

We're looking for someone who naturally notices trends before everyone else, understands why certain content performs, and has an exceptional eye for design, storytelling, pacing, typography, and aesthetics.

If you're the type of person who constantly saves Instagram posts for inspiration, studies editing techniques, notices font choices, analyzes viral videos, and gets excited about creating content people actually want to watch—we'd love to meet you.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content during client shoots, events, and on-site visits.
• Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Edit videos using Cap Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, and other editing software.
• Select music, transitions, pacing, graphics, and effects that elevate storytelling.
• Create engaging text overlays, subtitles, and motion graphics that improve viewer retention.
• Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand voice, visual identity, and marketing goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized digital asset library with proper file naming and organization.

• Bring fresh, original content ideas to every client.
• Research and identify emerging social media trends before they become mainstream.
• Develop creative concepts that feel native to each platform.
• Understand platform-specific best practices for Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.
• Help storyboard content before shoots.
• Think beyond individual posts and contribute ideas for ongoing content series and campaigns.
• Stay current on evolving editing styles, transitions, audio trends, AI tools, and platform updates.

• Deliver polished, professional content with exceptional attention to detail.
• Review every video for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and caption accuracy.
• Ensure closed captions are accurate, properly timed, and easy to read.
• Select typography that complements each client's brand while remaining modern and highly legible.
• Maintain consistency in color, composition, framing, and editing style.
• Optimize content for each social platform's specifications.
• Work alongside account managers and strategists to execute content calendars.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative planning meetings.
• Assist with content planning, shot lists, and production schedules.
• Present creative ideas with confidence while remaining open to feedback.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, and strategists to produce cohesive campaigns.
• Occasionally attend evening or weekend events for content capture.
