SARIN Energy is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.

This isn't a typical marketing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building brands, launching products, creating marketing campaigns, improving digital presence, leveraging AI, and turning ideas into measurable business growth.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Manage and grow our digital presence (website, SEO, email & social media)
• Create product launches, catalogs, sales collateral, and marketing content
• Strengthen and grow the SARIN brand
• Support trade shows, customer events, and lead generation initiatives
• Analyze marketing performance and continuously improve results
• Build scalable marketing systems and leverage AI to improve productivity

• Strong digital marketing, website, and content creation skills
• Excellent organization, communication, and project management abilities
• A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen
• Experience in commercial lighting, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
