Enterprise Communications Program Manager

The Enterprise Communications Program Manager leads and executes strategic communications initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire employees, members, and key stakeholders across Community Health Choice. This position serves as a communications partner to business leaders by developing communication strategies, translating organizational priorities into clear and effective messaging, and supporting cross-functional communications initiatives. This role leads employee communications programs and provides communications planning and editorial support for member communications, coordinates cross-functional communication projects, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure communications align with the organization's mission, values, brand standards, and strategic priorities.

The position develops and reviews communication content while coordinating execution across communications and creative resources.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or another related field.
• 3-5 years of proven history of progressive experience working in internal/external communications
• and engagement roles with successful outcomes. 2 years of program management experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Preferences include:

• Digital marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
• Design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
