We are currently looking for a high-energy, result-driven Lead Field Marketing Manager to join our North America Regional Marketing team and drive growth across the United States and Canada! The preferred location for this role is Houston, TX, hybrid work model (3 days a week in-office).
In this role, you will be the strategic architect and execution powerhouse behind marketing initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue generation.
Aligned closely with BMC’s core business drivers and regional sales leadership, you will design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy multi-tiered with 1:few and 1:many programs, including high-impact events, industry trade shows, tailored 1:few and 1:many initiatives, and rigorous end-to-end lead management.

Key Responsibilities- Own the development of a comprehensive Marketing strategy and execute a data-driven North American field marketing plan that directly aligns with BMC's corporate goals, regional sales targets, and key business drivers.
- Orchestrate a balanced mix of marketing programs aimed to drive net new logos and expand footprint in existing accounts.
- Oversee cross-functional alignment of go-to-market plans and orchestration of digital campaigns and events with specific marketing plans that reflect business priorities and sales goals.
- Maintain a cadence of communication with Sales to act as a strategic advisor and partner on account planning to ensure alignment on campaign rollouts, lead follow-up, and regional pipeline health.
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to create marketing experiences for high-value accounts, accelerating deal cycles, and building deep executive relationships.
- Work closely with the Partner ecosystem to identify priority marketing initiatives. Secure partner’s commitment to drive execution of joint Marketing plans.
- Assist and engage partners in driving tactics across brand reputation, demand generation and customer engagement to increase pipeline and revenue generated.
- Identify, pilot, and scale AI-enabled marketing capabilities that improve segmentation, personalization, campaign orchestration, content adaptation, lead prioritization, and performance optimization across key programs.
- Partner with sales, digital, ABM, solution marketing, operations, and analytics teams to translate AI-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies, account plays, nurture motions, and revenue-generating programs.
- Promote responsible AI adoption by ensuring AI-supported marketing activities align with brand standards, data privacy expectations, governance practices, and human review requirements.
- Own the lead lifecycle from ingestion to sales acceptance. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to ensure high conversion rates and maximum ROI.
- Manage the field marketing budget efficiently, forecasting spends and reporting regularly on KPIs, pipeline generated and influenced revenue.
- 10+ years of B2B field marketing focused on demand generation experience within the SaaS / Enterprise Software space.
- Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with a target audience mix of IT decision makers, senior level business buyers and technical influencers
- Proven track record of managing marketing strategies and ABM programs across both US and Canadian markets.
- Exceptional ability to analyze campaign performance data and pivot strategies based on ROI and sales feedback.
