Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing
We are a full-service Hispanic marketing agency that creates culturally relevant, insight-driven work for brands looking to authentically connect with U.S. Hispanic audiences. Social is central to how culture moves, and we’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Partnerships Associate Manager who’s curious, culturally aware, and excited to grow their social and influencer expertise in an agency environment.
Role OverviewOwn the execution and account-level strategy of influencer and social campaigns end-to-end — translating the Director's strategic vision and briefs into creator selections, timelines, and performance reporting — while mentoring and developing the Coordinator.
This is a great opportunity for a social-native self-starter who’s eager to develop their skills, contribute ideas, and grow within a collaborative Hispanic full-service agency.
Key ResponsibilitiesToday, LNC's social and influencer function has a strategic leadership layer (Director, Social, Creator & PR) and an entry-level execution layer (Coordinator, Social & Creator) — but nothing connecting the two. The Social & Creator Partnerships Associate Manager closes that gap: someone senior enough to own influencer campaigns and account relationships without daily director oversight, and hands-on enough to still be in the work every day.
PrimaryResponsibilities
35% — Campaign Ownership
- Lead influencer campaigns from brief through wrap report.
- Source, vet, and negotiate with creators against budget and brand fit.
- Own campaign timelines, deliverable tracking, and creator communication.
- Flag risk (budget, timeline, brand safety) before it becomes a client issue.
- Translate the Director's strategic recommendations into actionable account plans.
- Serve as the day-to-day client contact for social & influencer work streams; loop in the Director for approvals, executive-level or new business conversations.
- Build campaign recaps and performance narratives for client presentations.
- Directly manage the Social Media & Creator Partnerships Coordinator: assign work, review output, coach on creator communication and reporting.
- Be the Coordinator's first point of escalation, freeing the Director from day-to-day people management.
20% — Measurement & Process
- Own campaign-level reporting and apply the Director's measurement frameworks consistently across accounts.
- Maintain creator vetting standards, rate benchmarks, and campaign governance documentation.
- Surface creator economy and platform trends relevant to active accounts.
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or integrated marketing, ideally agency-side.
- Track record owning influencer campaigns independently, from creator outreach through reporting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred; comfort with culturally nuanced, multicultural audience engagement.
- Comfortable as a client-facing day-to-day contact; not yet expected to lead executive-level strategy.
- Some experience managing, reviewing, or mentoring junior team members.
- Working knowledge of creator analytics and reporting tools.
