Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing social media, creating marketing materials, promoting products, communicating company updates, and capturing high-quality photos and videos that showcase our business, products, and team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.).
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Respond to comments and messages when appropriate.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and brand awareness.

Marketing and Advertising

• Design digital and print advertisements.
• Create flyers, brochures, banners, signage, catalogs, and promotional materials.
• Develop marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and company initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding.

Product and Company Communications

• Announce new products, product updates, pricing changes, promotions, and company news.
• Work with management and sales teams to communicate important information to customers through email, social media, website updates, and printed materials.
• Maintain consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Photography and Content Creation

• Photograph products, inventory, projects, company events, employees, and customer installations.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of marketing assets.

Website and Digital Presence

• Assist with updating website content, product information, and promotional materials.
• Ensure online content remains accurate and current.
• Recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Brand Management

• Maintain a consistent company image across all marketing platforms.
• Ensure logos, colors, messaging, and branding standards are followed.
• Support company events, trade shows, and community outreach efforts.

Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, purchasing, and management to identify marketing opportunities.
• Assist in planning seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events.
• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and advertising partners when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong photography and basic video editing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of social media advertising.
• Experience with email marketing platforms.
• Basic website editing experience (Word Press or similar CMS).
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move throughout the facility and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to photograph products both indoors and outdoors.
• Occasional travel to customer sites, events, or trade shows may be required.
