CreativeManager, Digital Marketing & Content
We are seeking a highly creative, organized, and motivated Creative Manager, Digital Marketing & Content to develop compelling visual communications and digital content that support client campaigns and marketing efforts. This hands-on role is ideal for a creative professional who enjoys graphic design, content creation, digital advertising, website management, and branding. Working closely with the communications team and clients, the successful candidate will produce high-quality creative materials while helping execute integrated advocacy and public affairs and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities Creative Design & Branding- Design reports, white papers, fact sheets, infographics, brochures, presentations, advertisements, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Create compelling graphics for social media, websites, email marketing, digital advertising, and client communications.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding across HBW Resources and client projects.
- Translate complex policy, business, and technical issues into visually engaging communications.
- Prepare artwork for both digital distribution and commercial printing.
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Manage editorial and content calendars supporting client initiatives.
- Write and edit copy for digital platforms and advocacy campaigns.
- Assist with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Linked In, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Create, maintain, and update company and client Word Press websites.
- Create and update landing pages, graphics, and website content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Create basic video and multimedia content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Edit short-form video using modern creative tools.
- Collaborate with HBW account teams on advocacy, public affairs, and communications campaigns.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate with outside vendors such as printers, web developers, photographers, and videographers as needed.
- Develop and produce engaging copy for client social media channels, blogs, and websites.
- Create compelling graphic designs and visual assets tailored to each platform.
- Build and maintain content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns through various channels.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Assist in the development of messaging platforms, content strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to broader efforts in campaign marketing, advertising, and channel development.
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing, communications, or agency creative services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design across print and digital media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Experience with Canva Pro and Microsoft PowerPoint.
