Role Description The Executive Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for leading client relationships within the Hispanic advertising and marketing space. This role oversees day-to-day account management, including coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines. The Executive Account Manager will serve as the primary client contact, prepare and present proposals, track performance metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns.

This position collaborates closely with creative, digital, and production teams to translate client goals into effective marketing solutions and maintain strong, long-term partnerships. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth, supporting new business pitches, and ensuring clear communication and documentation across all projects.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in client services or account management within advertising, marketing, or related industries.
• Strong skills in project coordination, timeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in digital marketing concepts, campaign planning, and performance tracking tools.
• Ability to develop and present strategic recommendations, proposals, and reports to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Knowledge of the Hispanic/Latino market and cultural insights that inform effective campaign strategies.
• Fluency or professional proficiency in Spanish is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with on-site work in Houston, TX and occasional travel for client meetings or events.
